  1. What is the quality of our product?

    Our products are boutique quality.

  2. What is your processing/shipping policy?

    Processing takes up to 72 hrs. Shipping time is 3-7 business days in the USA. International shipping varies based on destination.

  3. Where are you shipping your products from?

    All products are shipped from our Southern California warehouse.

  4. What shipping carrier do you use?

    We ship with United States Postal Service (USPS) and DHL. We will choose the best shipping carrier for your order. 

  5. Do you offer expedited shipping?

    Currently we do not offer expedited shipping. 

  6. Do you provide tracking numbers for your orders?

    Yes, we will provide tracking numbers for your order. Your tracking numbers will be updated to your order once it has been shipped.

  7. What are your shipping rates?

    We offer flat rate shipping based on weight.

  8. What is your return policy?

    We offer returns within 15 business days from receipt of delivery. If it is our error, then we will pay for shipping back to us. Otherwise, you are responsible for shipping costs. Exchanges are based on availability of stock. Please contact our office FIRST before returning any items. The email address will be provided on the statements that appears in the footer of your checkout page. Please print the checkout page for this information.

  9. What if the item I ordered is out of stock?

    We will try, as quickly as possible, to cancel your order and to notify you via email. We will also refund your payment back to the method used. If you have multiple items and some are in stock, we will process the portion of the order that is in stock.
